Cardio Kickboxing- A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve all your needs - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome! Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. Spin--A group cycling class building muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning and strength training all in one workout. Spinning is low-impact, since biking minimizes pressure off of your feet and knees, and a single class can help you burn several hundred calories in one session. Great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape Included in membership

Muscle Works--This highly efficient, full body weightlifting class is just what you need to define and strengthen your muscles. Whether you are just starting out, or a fitness fanatic, this class will give you the results you want - a tone and trim body!Included in membership

Tone It -- Multi Level upper body fitness designed to tone & firm your upper body. For individuals looking to tone & lose inches-- Plus a highly efficient, Lower body workout is just what you need to define and strengthen your Legs, Butt, Thighs, & Abs. Whether you are just starting out, or a fitness fanatic, this class will give you the results you want - a tone and trim body. Days are split - Upper one day & Lower the next day !! Results Proven!!  Included in membership

HIIT--Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional HIIT style approach. Cardio, Fitness Stations, & Core Focus!! Move HIIT is geared toward all fitness levels. Included in membership

Abs --  This is a 30 minute class of hardcore abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Exercises are performed using the Fit-ball, Weighted Bar, Pilates ball, and/or lying on the floor. Included in Membership

Step Revolution --   Old School Step with a modern twist!! 30-minute step aerobics class has been compared to running 3 1/2 miles, so you know it will get your heart rate going. Any activity that gets your heart pumping provides a cardio workout and cardio is the key to many fitness goals like burning fat, strengthening your heart and lowering cholesterol and blood pressure. All Fitness Levels.  Included in membership
